Are you still offering upstairs delivery, recycling and installation services?
Due to the new social distancing measures introduced on Monday 23rd March 2020, we are no longer offering upstairs delivery, recycling and installation services on all orders until further notice.
Are you still providing a Click & Collect service?
Yes, we are now providing a no contact Click & Collect service Monday to Saturday during 10am - 12pm.
Please note: Due to social distancing restrictions, we will not be able to help you load the appliance(s) into your vehicle. You must be able to do this unassisted from our staff.
Are you still accepting online, email and phone orders?
A simple answer to this question, yes! Despite our showroom being closed, we are still accepting orders placed online, by email or over the phone.
Will you still be delivering to my house?
In accordance with the social distancing restrictions, we will only be offering a ground floor doorstep delivery service every Wednesday. This means we will no longer be entering your home or providing an upstairs delivery option. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
What if I feel unwell or I am self-isolating, will you still deliver?
Sorry to hear you're unwell or self-isolating. We can still deliver to the ground floor doorstep, but we will not be entering your property. Alternatively, you can re-arrange your delivery for 4 weeks time.
