The Euronics Cashback Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of a Prepaid Mastercard® to purchasers (the Gift) in respect of in-store purchases of two or more qualifying products, through selected Euronics stores. Claims can be made for purchases made between 01.08.26–14.08.26 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim between 14.09.26 and 27.09.26.
Each qualifying customer during the promotional period will be eligible to claim a Euronics Prepaid Mastercard® for a cashback value of 10% of the basket value, when 2 or more items are purchased in one transaction. Cashback will not be provided on the value of delivery, installation or disposal charges. Cashback will not be provided for Bosch, Siemens and Neff brand products — other brand products in the basket can receive cashback on their individual value. The individual value of qualifying products must exceed £150, and the redemption value is capped at 10% of a basket value of £2,500.
The offer has no cash value or alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. This is a consumer-only promotion and applies to in-store purchases only, at participating stores. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products, and all products purchased on a trade or contract basis, are excluded.
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only, excluding employees of the Promoter. Customers must wait 30 days following purchase before submitting a claim; claims made before that time will be declined and must be resubmitted. Claims must be received by the Promoter between 14.09.26 and 27.09.26 — claims received after this date will not be accepted.
To claim, consumers must fully complete the online claim form (including full serial number and address) at euronicsrewards.co.uk, along with a copy of the original purchase receipt. Deposit receipts and order confirmations will not be accepted. For assistance, call 0800 069 8680 (claims cannot be submitted by phone).
Once a claim is approved, consumers will receive an email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com to select a physical or virtual card. Virtual card details are issued instantly; physical cards should arrive within 4 weeks. Redemption codes are valid for 3 months from issue.
